3 Bean Stout Rum Barrel Aged (2019)
We took all the delicious beans that normally
go into this complex and special stout, and
let them sit in freshly emptied rum barrels for
half a year. What came out is beyond what we could have hoped for – high notes of vanilla and spiced rum that are backed up with a rich, chocolatey body with hints of coconut, and a smooth, barrel-aged finish that is uniquely tonka-forward.
