Sorry Mate, Work Mode

A Mosaic heavy IPA. A melee of juicy tropical, sticky dank and fleshy orange.

Hoppy Oaty Thing

This beer is made with oats and plenty of noble hops. Fermented using a mixed culture and conditioned in stainless steel. The Brettanomyces plays with the hop character to create a lively, floral aroma. This beer will pick up complexity over time.

Fruitesse

Sipping a Liefmans Fruitesse on the rocks is like taking a city break in Berlin, soaking up the atmosphere in Milan or discovering culture in New York. Take your time to enjoy it in a friendly bar, or chilling out with your friends. This sparkling appetiser beer, with its pale red colour, is at its very best in the stylish, playful Liefmans glass. Enjoy the fresh, intense flavour of strawberries, raspberries, black cherries, elderberries and blueberries. Bubbling, sparkling and brim-full of fruity flavours, what more could you want for the final touch to a night out? And for a refreshing change, why not try it served on the rocks…

North X Fullers Sparkling Ale

We were honoured to collaborate with UK brewing legends John Keeling + Guy Stewart, the past and present Head Brewers of Fullers, utilising their house yeast strain to create this crisp + refreshing Sparkling Ale. Keeping things simple, the malt grist combined Fawcett's traditionally floor-malted Golden Promise with Light Crystal to create the base beer. Within the whirlpool we added invert sugar, to boost the body, colour + gentle sweetness. Beautifully balanced with the combination of Olicana, Ernest + Goldings T45 hop pellets throughout the hot side of brewing this delicious Sparkling Ale. Vibrant notes of citrus, tropical fruits + floral tones zing from the soft carbonation, making this a quaffable, sessionable summer sipper.

Paragon 2020

This year’s vintage is a blend of 3 batches aged on average for 18 months in bourbon barrels. With an OG of 28,9 giving it an ABV of 12,6%. This year’s version is the first time used in the new Rackhouseformat, but like always Paragon has a deep dark reddish-browncolor almost stout like in appearance, with a gentle carbonation and a tan packed head. The beer has full body which coats your tongue giving its flavors of caramel, toffee, dried fruits and a slightly chocolate finish. The inherited barrel characteristics give the warming bourbon, coconut and of course bourbon, although a bit subdued bourbon notes in this year’s version much like the 2019. We hope you enjoy this as much as we enjoy making it, this is one of if not our proudest beer to make, we try to deliver world class brewed in Norway!

Pils

Sound the trumpets for the Czechs with their wonderful water that allowed them to create the soft, golden lagers that inspired this beer; for our water in Flåm; perfect for making a pils that is a flavourful and light thirst-quencher.
