Lucky Jack Grapefruit Edition

Our Flagship beer Lucky Jack gets a kick in the ass with more fruit, we simply added Grapefruit peels and Pink Grapefruit juice for the summer beer edition. Slight more pink, slightly more acidic, a lot more fruity and fresh! Unfiltered and limited for the summer!

Bresjnev

Bresjnev er eit svart og fyldig øl av typen Sovjet Stout. Rik sjokolade og rosinsmak frå dei mørke maltsortane brun og svart malt og eit flott krydderpreg frå klassiske engelsk Fuggles humle. Bresjnev gjer seg godt til mørke dessertar eller generell kontemplasjon.

Shade of the Moon

Made up of a rich splendour of specialist malts designed to back up the chock load of adjuncts that went into this beer. Chewy and toffee-ish Mild Ale malt makes up the bulk of the grist with Black malt, Chocolate malt, Brown malt, Naked Oats, Munich malt, Crystal malt, Roasted Wheat and Crystal Wheat backing it up with luxurious dark roast coffee, sweet red berry, banana and raw vanilla flavour. A dollop of crunchy buttery peanut sits within delectable smooth chocolate ganache with lightly toasted coconut flakes scattered on top. Share with a friend or keep to yourself. This will serve well as a replacement (or accompaniment) to a lovely rich chocolate dessert.

Gapahuk

Gapahuk is a bourbon barrel aged stout with a delicate touch of smoke. A gapahuk is commonly used as an emergency shelter for hikers. When we are able to travel again, we hope we will be able to enjoy this stout among friends in front of a fire!

Off the Rack N°1 By Rackhouse

Tennessee whiskey barrel aged stout 14.5% Off the Rack #1 sat in wet Tennessee whiskey barrels for 11 months to absorb coconut, vanilla and dry spice aromatics from the lightly-charred wood which meld with the full, sweet maltiness from the oat-rich imperial stout base. We left it unmolested to allow you to experience these nuances. Serving: Snifter glass. 8°C

Blue Plate Special By Rackhouse

Bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with vanilla 13.5% This beer is nostalgic. Growing up in ’80s America I used to go to the local diners for their “blue plate special”. Pancakes, 2 bacon strips, toast and coffee. Nothing beats that bacon when it mixed with the maple syrup on the plate… This Maple Bourbon barrel aged Breakfast stout reminds me of the great diners of yesterday; may they reemerge in our world again! Black Forest Picante By Rackhouse

Stout aged in tennessee whiskey barrels for 10 months. We took our 3 bean stout a step further and spiced it up with a bit of heat and give it nudge with Norwegian cherry juice. And of course the barrel aging is the icing on this cake. Vanilla, coconut oak and a touch of the bourbon will satisfy your senses in full. Serving: Snifter glass. 10°C
