Passion Tang

We fermented an oat rich sour ale with our house ale yeast and added passion fruit to the mix. Grains of paradise were also into the mix, giving this beer a tropical, floral yet woody character. This beer bridges with those who don’t really like beer to craft beer.

Hoppy Oaty Thing

This beer is made with oats and plenty of noble hops. Fermented using a mixed culture and conditioned in stainless steel. The Brettanomyces plays with the hop character to create a lively, floral aroma. This beer will pick up complexity over time.

Seen in 4.4 and 4.9% ABV. A superb version of Kernel's Bière de Saison, a blend of fresh and barrel aged beers with added British damsons for 4 months. This is tart and funky, with a little bit of underlying nutty complexity and absolutely bags of fruit!
