Tou Pilsner
Tou bryggeri ble grunnlagt i 1855 og oppkalt etter strandstedet Tau hvor bryggeriet lå. I 1913 ble produksjonen flyttet til Lervik i Stavanger. Fra 1990 ble Tou en del av Ringnes, og i dag blir Tou Pilsner brygget på Ringnes bryggeri. Tou Pilsner er en lys nordisk pilsner med strågul farge. Aromaen er lett preget av strå og halm fra malt, med en lett gjærfruktighet. Smaken har en lett maltsødme, lav bitterhet og en tørr, kort ettersmak. Ølet passer til lette fiskeretter, lyse kjøttretter og kylling. Serveringstemperatur: 3 - 6 °C.
Paragon 2020
This year’s vintage is a blend of 3 batches aged on average for 18 months in bourbon barrels. With an OG of 28,9 giving it an ABV of 12,6%. This year’s version is the first time used in the new Rackhouseformat, but like always Paragon has a deep dark reddish-browncolor almost stout like in appearance, with a gentle carbonation and a tan packed head. The beer has full body which coats your tongue giving its flavors of caramel, toffee, dried fruits and a slightly chocolate finish. The inherited barrel characteristics give the warming bourbon, coconut and of course bourbon, although a bit subdued bourbon notes in this year’s version much like the 2019. We hope you enjoy this as much as we enjoy making it, this is one of if not our proudest beer to make, we try to deliver world class brewed in Norway!

HÒKUNATT Norsk Julebock
En søtere norsk julebock brygget med norsk malt. Noter av sjokolade, kaffe, brødskorpe og kandis. Passer til den tradisjonsrike julematen.
Gammale Mann
En mørk ravfarget lager. Ølet har middels til kraftig maltaroma med karakter av brød og karamell, og balansert med moderat humlesmak og humlearoma.
SULKE Hazy IPA
En juicy, ufiltrert og fruktig IPA. Den ferske amerikanske humlen (Mosaic, Simcoe og Citra) gir den en frisk og fruktig aroma.
Steampunk
California Common / Steam Beer, 13° Plato, 5.2% ABV. Česká kooperace. Steam Beer je historický pivní fenomén, který vznikl odklonem od německé pivní tradice v Kalifornii ke konci 19. století. Díky jednoduchým surovinám, procesu i charakteru to vždy bylo lehké, měděné pivo definované kombinací lehké sladovosti a relativně nízké hořkosti. V časech, kdy si jeho nejznámější výrobce prochází těžkou krizí jsme se s partou z Clocku rozhodli zvýšit povědomí o tomto stylu ve střední Evropě a uvařili jsme ho pro lokální publikum. Czech collaboration. Steam beer is a historical beer phenomenon created by deflecting from a German brewing tradition in California by the end of the 19th century. Simple in its ingredients, process and nature, it’s always been a light, amber brew defined by a combination of light maltiness and low hoppiness. While its most famous producer has been going through a rough patch recently, together with the Clock crew we decided to increase its fighting chance in Central Europe and brewed one to gain more local support.

En lys, frisk og fruktig transatlantisk pilsner. Her kombinerer vi gulvmaltet bygg fra Jæren korn & malt med flaket hvetegryn fra Stangeland mølle. Vi har valgt noen av de mest eksklusive humlene i verden, bedre kjent som centennial og mosaic. Disse er tilsatt i ølet på en veldig utradisjonell måte for å gi fruktighet.
