A farmhouse Ale, brewed with Cascade and Citra Hops and a touch of Sea Salt. Conditioned with Brettanomyces Claussenii. Brettanomyces claussenii(anamorph of Dekkera claussenii) is a wild yeast of the genus Brettanomyces which has a negative pasteur effect. It and Brettanomyces Anomalus share identical mtDNA. In the wild, it is found on the skins of fruit. It has been shown to be useful for wine and beer fermentation as well as ethanol production.
Chimay Grande Réserve (Blue)
The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
Sippin’ Into Darkness – Bourbon Barrel Aged
Barrel Aged version of Sippin' Into Darkness! New dimension of great beer! A sweet imperial stout straight from the creative minds of 2 of the world’s best head brewers right now. They’ve taken a rich malty imperial stout and added in Candi syrup, Lactose, Cocoa nibs and vanilla to give this quite dry stout a fresh lick of paint in a sweet facelift. The cocoa added to the roasted dark chocolate flavours and comes out on the body whilst the candi sugar and vanilla dominate the finish of this excellent beer. UPDATE: we made more! Filled in January 2018, brewed in June 2017. 6 months on bourbon barrels.
Småtøs – American Blonde Ale
7 Fjell Småtøs American Blonde er et fruktig øl med en behagelig tørr avslutning. Aromaen er forfriskende med lette innslag av sitrus, gress, blomster og korn. Ølet er en utmerket introduksjon til håndverksølets verden. Småtøs er en betegnelse på kvinner i alle aldre, og må ikke tolkes i sin odiøse betydning. Ølet er ufiltrert og upasteurisert, og bør serveres ved 4-6 °C i egnet glass.
