Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Alkoholfrei

Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Paragon Off the Rack Rum Barrel By Rackhouse

Paragon Off the rack Rum barrel BARLEY WINE AGED IN RUM BARRELS FOR 18 months The augmented vanilla notes in this very limited beer is owed to 12 months of ageing in fresh rum barrels. Hidden within are flavours of coconut, nutmeg, and fruit that give way to toffee, molasses and anise with a spirit-forward finish.

Another gorgeous fruited-sour from Rackhouse, this beer is vibrant in both flavour and colour thanks to locally-sourced red currants. The beer is a symphony of red fruits with a sharp yet markedly vinous body and finish. Serving: Flute glass. 4-5°C
